he Aspire Leaders Program 2025/2026 is now accepting applications from emerging leaders across the globe. This fully-funded virtual program is designed for university students and recent graduates from limited-income or first-generation backgrounds. Developed in collaboration with faculty from Harvard University, the Aspire Leaders Program provides an opportunity to engage in a transformative leadership journey that fits into a busy academic or personal schedule.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be between 18 and 29 years of age
  • Come from a limited-income background or be the first in their family to attend university
  • Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program or have recently graduated
  • Postgraduate students and graduates of postgraduate programs are not eligible

Program Timeline

  • Application Deadline: July 9, 2025
  • Program Duration: August 6 – October 7, 2025

The program is delivered online, allowing participants to learn and grow without disrupting their existing academic or work responsibilities.

Program Structure

The Aspire Leaders Program is structured into two core modules, along with additional masterclasses and peer engagement sessions.

Module 1 (~3 Weeks): Personal & Professional Development

Participants receive:

  • A comprehensive strengths-based leadership skills assessment
  • Professional development content co-created with Harvard Business School, including guidance on:
    • Crafting a compelling resume
    • Building a strong LinkedIn profile
    • Preparing for job interviews
    • Effective networking
  • Interactive, live sessions with a diverse global cohort

Module 2 (~5 Weeks): Aspire Horizons Course

This core leadership module, led by Harvard faculty, includes:

  • Self-awareness and identity as a leader
  • Building trust and understanding cultural or community context
  • The role of digital transformation and artificial intelligence in leadership
  • Community impact and social innovation
  • Leadership in action: bringing change to local and global communities
