Collaborative Action for Progress and Advancement (CAPA), a nonprofit organization committed to advancing sustainable health and environmental initiatives across Nigeria, seeks qualified Field Data Officers to support a national assessment project.

Open Roles: 37 (One per state, including the Federal Capital Territory)
Locations: All 36 states and FCT, Nigeria

Project Overview:
Field officers will gather household-level data nationwide. Responsibilities include participating in preparatory training, conducting field surveys, and managing digital data submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute household surveys using approved research protocols.
  • Engage in training on data-gathering techniques and ethical practices.
  • Perform interviews in designated communities via digital tools (e.g., KOBO Collect).
  • Submit collected data through designated online platforms.

Expected Outcomes:

  • Timely delivery of verified, error-free datasets from assigned regions.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of hands-on experience in field research or data collection.
  • Proficiency with mobile-based data collection tools.
  • Prior involvement in large-scale surveys preferred.
  • Strong understanding of local customs, languages, and geography.
  • Meticulous attention to accuracy and detail.
