Admin, April 24, 2025April 24, 2025 About the Project:Briskila Emefesi Women Foundation (BEWOF), in collaboration with the Network of People Living With HIV/AIDS in Nigeria (NEPWHAN) and sponsored by the Global Fund, is launching a transformative initiative under the Global Cycle 7 (GC7) program. This project focuses on Community-Led Monitoring (CLM) to strengthen HIV/AIDS interventions in Bauchi State. By prioritizing community ownership, data-driven advocacy, and accountability, we aim to improve service delivery and empower communities to shape their own health outcomes. We’re Hiring Passionate Professionals for the Following Roles: 1. Program Officer Key Responsibilities: Lead program activities, data collection, analysis, and advocacy efforts. Engage communities to ensure their voices shape project outcomes. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive HIV/AIDS intervention improvements. Qualifications: Degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, or related field. Experience with NGOs/CBOs, Global Fund, or PEPFAR projects. Strong communication and organizational skills. 2. Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer Key Responsibilities: Manage data systems, monitor project progress, and evaluate impact. Train teams on data tools and ensure compliance with donor reporting. Qualifications: Degree in Statistics, M&E, or related discipline. Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, Excel). Experience in health program M&E preferred. 3. Finance Officer Key Responsibilities: Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and donor compliance. Ensure transparent resource allocation and accountability. Qualifications: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Proven experience managing NGO/CBO budgets. Knowledge of Global Fund guidelines is a plus. 4. Data Collectors (5 Openings) Key Responsibilities: Gather quality data on service delivery and community experiences. Support CLM activities and engage local stakeholders. Requirements: Minimum OND/NCE/HND/BSc (preferred). Basic digital literacy and fluency in local languages/English. Residency in Bauchi State and commitment to CLM goals. General Requirements for All Roles: Must reside in Bauchi State. Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and community engagement skills. Passion for advancing health equity and HIV/AIDS advocacy.
