Hold a bachelor’s degree or HND certificate in any discipline.
Must have graduated not earlier than 2022.
Attained a minimum of Second-Class Lower (2.2) or Upper Credit (3.00+).
Be 30 years old or younger.

Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or possess a valid certificate of exemption.
