The program offers a 12-month paid fellowship with a monthly stipend of ₦150,000, giving participants the chance to gain hands-on experience in reputable public and private sector organizations across Nigeria.

About the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) 2.0

The NJFP is more than an internship — it’s a pathway to professional excellence. It connects talented graduates with impactful organizations, bridging the gap between academic knowledge and workplace skills.

By combining training, mentorship, and experiential learning, the programme helps young Nigerians strengthen their employability, leadership capacity, and contribution to national development.

Participants are placed in sectors that align with their academic background and career interests, including ICT, finance, energy, education, health, and public service.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme 2.0, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a Nigerian citizen.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree or HND certificate in any discipline.
  • Must have graduated not earlier than 2022.
  • Attained a minimum of Second-Class Lower (2.2) or Upper Credit (3.00+).
  • Be 30 years old or younger.
  • Be currently unemployed.
  • Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or possess a valid certificate of exemption.
  • Show a strong interest in professional and career development.
  • Exhibit passion and commitment to Nigeria’s socio-economic growth.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and time management skills.

Required Documents

Applicants must provide the following documentation during the application process:

  • Notarized Degree or HND Certificate
  • NYSC Certificate or Exemption Letter
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  • National Identification Number (NIN) Slip
  • Bank Verification Number (BVN)

Application and Assessment Process

The application process for NJFP 2.0 is transparent and merit-based, consisting of the following stages:

  1. Online Application Form – Candidates must complete the form available on the official NJFP website.
  2. Computer-Based Aptitude Test – Designed to assess cognitive and analytical ability.
  3. Psychometric Evaluation – Measures personality, adaptability, and workplace readiness.
  4. Video Submission – Applicants must record a 60-second video answering “What makes YOU the ideal NJFP Fellow?” (Note: Videos exceeding 60 seconds or 10MB will be disqualified).

Since the platform is mobile-first, applicants must ensure access to reliable devices and internet connectivity.

  • Smartphone (recommended): Android 8.0+ or iOS 12+, minimum 2GB RAM, 500MB free space.
  • Laptop/Desktop (optional): Intel i3+, 4GB RAM, 10GB storage, Windows 10+, macOS 10.14+, or Ubuntu 18.04+.

Browser Compatibility:

  • 3G/4G LTE recommended; 5G and Wi-Fi fully supported.

Security:

  • Two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled and updated device security patches.
