Apply Now: World Food Forum (WFF) Youth Assembly Partner Organizations 2026

Admin, December 28, 2025December 28, 2025

Application Deadline: January 15, 2026

The World Food Forum (WFF) Youth Assembly is now inviting organizations across the globe to apply as Partner Organizations for the 2026 cycle. This opportunity is ideal for youth-led initiatives, NGOs, academic institutions, and community networks passionate about creating sustainable solutions for global agrifood systems.

The WFF Youth Assembly serves as a dynamic global platform for youth engagement in the transformation of the world’s food and agriculture systems. Led by the Youth Policy Board (YPB), the assembly connects young leaders, organizations, and experts working toward more sustainable, inclusive, and resilient agrifood systems.

Through strategic partnerships, the WFF Youth Assembly drives youth-led dialogue, policy engagement, and action on urgent global challenges — including climate change, biodiversity loss, nutrition, water management, and food security. Becoming a Partner Organization provides an incredible opportunity to shape the discussions that define the future of global food systems.

 About the Partnership

Selected Partner Organizations will collaborate directly with the WFF Youth Assembly Secretariat and the Youth Policy Board throughout the year. Together, they will co-design and implement thematic sessions, youth consultations, and global dialogues aligned with the WFF’s mission.

Partnership activities will focus on:

  • Climate change adaptation and mitigation
  • Sustainable agriculture and biodiversity conservation
  • Food security and nutrition improvement
  • Water management and resource efficiency
  • Youth innovation in agrifood systems

Partners also play a vital role in expanding outreach, amplifying youth voices, and integrating youth-generated recommendations into key global and intergovernmental policy discussions.

Benefits of Becoming a WFF Partner Organization

Joining the WFF Youth Assembly as a partner provides far-reaching benefits for institutions dedicated to global food system transformation. Partner Organizations will:

  • Co-create and co-host impactful sessions within the WFF Youth Assembly program.
  • Collaborate directly with the WFF Secretariat and Youth Policy Board on event planning and agenda-setting.
  • Share technical knowledge, data, and research findings to strengthen the evidence base for youth advocacy.
  • Nominate youth leaders, speakers, and experts to participate in international forums.
  • Enhance organizational visibility through association with the World Food Forum’s global youth network.
  • Promote youth recommendations within their local, regional, or thematic communities.
  • Access networking opportunities with global institutions, policymakers, and development agencies.
  • Engage in broader WFF initiatives beyond the Youth Assembly, contributing to global youth development and food systems transformation.

By collaborating with the World Food Forum, partners become part of a global youth-driven movement focused on rethinking how the world produces, consumes, and manages food sustainably.

 Application Deadline

Organizations interested in this transformative opportunity should submit their applications before 15 January 2026.

The partnership selection process seeks organizations with proven experience in youth engagement, policy dialogue, research, advocacy, or program implementation in the agrifood, environmental, or development sectors.

Eligibility Criteria

Organizations applying as WFF Youth Assembly Partners must:

  • Be actively engaged in agrifood systems, sustainability, climate change, nutrition, biodiversity, or water management.
  • Have experience in youth participation, advocacy, or research relevant to sustainable food systems.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to inclusive, youth-centered collaboration.
  • Be able to contribute time, expertise, and outreach to support activities throughout the 2026 Youth Assembly cycle.

This call is open to organizations from all countries, reflecting the WFF’s commitment to inclusivity, diversity, and global cooperation.
