Applications Open for the 2026–2027 Women@Dior & UNESCO Global Mentorship and Education Program

Admin, December 28, 2025December 28, 2025

Are you a young woman under 30 currently enrolled full-time in university, passionate about developing your leadership abilities, driving social change, promoting gender equality, and embracing sustainable practices? UNESCO and Christian Dior are now accepting applications for the upcoming 2026–2027 cohort of their acclaimed international mentorship initiative.

This innovative program, launched in 2017, draws on UNESCO’s commitment to gender equality in education and Dior’s heritage of fostering creativity, skill-sharing, and empowerment. To date, it has empowered over 2,800 participants from more than 60 countries and nearly 90 nationalities, spanning diverse disciplines including STEM, business, arts, design, international relations, public policy, and communications.

The one-year program revolves around shared principles like personal autonomy, creative thinking, inclusivity, and sustainable progress. It integrates personalized mentoring, an advanced online learning platform, and a group-based project focused on community impact.

Key Components of the Program

  • Personalized Mentorship: Each participant is paired with an experienced Dior professional for individualized guidance on career development, goal setting, and building self-assurance. Matches emphasize alignment in values, ambitions, and potential.
  • Online Learning Resources: Gain entry to over 16 expert-led courses featuring renowned educators, industry leaders, and speakers from UNESCO, Dior, and affiliated organizations. Themes cover women’s advancement, ethical leadership, innovative creativity for sustainability, personal wellness, diversity, and forward-thinking solutions.
  • Inspirational Conversations: Exclusive access to interviews with prominent figures from LVMH, Dior, and UNESCO, sharing insights on fairness, belonging, effective leadership, and societal change.
  • Community Impact Project (“Dream for Change”): In small teams, participants develop and pitch practical initiatives aimed at supporting and uplifting girls and young women in their local areas, creating lasting positive effects.
  • Global Network and Events: Build lasting connections through virtual and in-person gatherings, workshops, and activities that strengthen community bonds and mutual support.

To earn the official program certificate, full engagement in all elements is required.

This initiative aligns with UNESCO’s broader goals for equitable education worldwide and is part of their Global Education Coalition.
