What Is the SAP Young Professionals Program? This program is a unique, no-cost learning experience focused on developing future tech leaders. Over the course of eight weeks, participants will receive in-depth training in SAP technologies through virtual live classroom sessions. The curriculum blends technical knowledge with soft skills development, providing a well-rounded foundation for a successful career in tech consulting. Participants will emerge with a strong understanding of SAP systems, practical business insights, and the confidence to support organizations in optimizing their operations through digital solutions. The Role of an SAP Consultant SAP Consultants help businesses streamline processes and improve efficiency using SAP’s enterprise software. These professionals typically work in one of two areas: Functional or Technical consulting. Functional consultants focus on aligning business processes with SAP solutions, while technical consultants handle the configuration and technical aspects of the system. As part of the program, participants will get involved in areas such as system design, implementation, upgrades, and user support, all within the framework of SAP’s latest platform — S/4 HANA. Who Can Apply? To be eligible for this exciting opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria: Be a legal resident eligible to work in one of the following countries: Angola, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Nigeria, or Tunisia. Be currently unemployed or employed in a temporary or part-time role that does not align with long-term career goals. Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in a field such as Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or Data Science. Have graduated within the past three years, ideally with strong academic performance. Demonstrate fluency in English, both spoken and written. Be available for full-time training from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday, for the full two-month program. Have reliable internet access, as the training is conducted virtually.
