Position Details Location: All 36 states + FCT (Applicants must reside in and apply for their state of residence) Duration: Short-term consultancy Application Deadline: March 31, 2025 Key Responsibilities As a researcher/data collector, you’ll: Conduct key informant interviews (KIIs) and focus group discussions (FGDs) with stakeholders in child protection. Record and transcribe data using digital tools (e.g., KoboToolbox, ODK). Ensure ethical data collection practices and maintain high-quality standards. Submit transcribed data in electronic formats for analysis. Who Should Apply? Ideal candidates will have: A Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Law, Public Health, Education, or related fields. Proven experience in field data collection, preferably with electronic tools (KoboToolbox, ODK, SurveyCTO). Knowledge of Nigeria’s child protection sector and local community dynamics.
