Based in Silicon Valley, the accelerator is dedicated to supporting mission-driven entrepreneurs advancing women’s economic empowerment and climate resilience in communities most affected by poverty. Why Join the Miller Center Accelerator? Scaling a social enterprise is no small task. The Miller Center Accelerator provides leaders with access to world-class mentors, proven curricula, and tailored support to overcome growth barriers. Through this six-month program, entrepreneurs gain the tools, strategies, and investment readiness needed to expand their solutions far beyond current operations. Participants will work directly with seasoned executive mentors and leadership coaches to identify organizational gaps, strengthen financial models, and create a credible, investable growth plan. By the end of the program, social entrepreneurs are equipped to attract investors, scale their businesses, and deepen their social impact. Focus Areas: Women’s Economic Power and Climate Resilience Miller Center prioritizes enterprises tackling two of the most urgent global challenges: Women’s Economic Empowerment: Supporting women as leaders, employees, value chain participants, and customers. Climate Resilience: Addressing the intersection of climate change and poverty, with a focus on renewable energy, regenerative agriculture, and safe water and sanitation. Organizations at the forefront of these sectors are well-positioned to benefit from the program’s expertise, networks, and investment readiness support. Who Can Apply? The accelerator is open to senior leaders of social enterprises (CEOs, Executive Directors, Managing Directors) who meet the following requirements: Fluent in English or Spanish Consistent internet access Proficiency in Excel Ability to commit to weekly mentor calls and program activities Organizations must: Align with one or more of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Have been operational for at least one year, serving real customers Generate at least $50,000 USD in annual earned income Employ a minimum of three full-time staff (or equivalent) Have at least a three-month cash runway Present a functioning financial model forecasting income, cash flow, and balance sheets This ensures participating enterprises are ready to benefit from the accelerator’s intensive investment readiness journey.
