The AIDS 2026 Scholarship Programme provides critical financial support to individuals working, studying, or volunteering in the field of HIV. Important Dates and Deadlines Submissions Open: 20 November 2025 Submission Deadline: 27 January 2026 (23:59 CET) Notification of Results: Early April 2026 Late submissions will not be accepted, so applicants are encouraged to complete their applications well ahead of the deadline. Types of Financial Support Available The IAS will award both in-person and virtual scholarships for AIDS 2026. Who Can Apply for the AIDS 2026 Scholarship The scholarship is open to anyone aged 18 or older by 26 July 2026, who is actively involved in the HIV field as a researcher, advocate, community leader, healthcare provider, student, or volunteer. Priority will be given to: Abstract presenters, workshop facilitators, and Global Village organizers selected for the conference Applicants from low- and middle-income countries Members of key populations and people living with HIV Young professionals and early-career researchers under the age of 35 Applicants who have not previously received a scholarship for an International AIDS Conference This inclusive approach ensures representation from the communities most affected by HIV and those driving innovation and advocacy across regions.
