Admin, July 12, 2025July 12, 2025

Application Deadline: October 1, 2025

Are you a mission-driven founder building innovative solutions to tackle pressing global issues? The Bridges for Enterprise (BfE) Incubation Programme is your gateway to scaling your impact-driven venture with the right advisory, mentorship, and strategic support.

BfE is calling on early-stage social enterprises from Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East to apply for its comprehensive incubation programme. The initiative supports entrepreneurs striving for financial sustainability while creating meaningful impact in their communities.

About the Programme

The Bridges for Enterprise Incubation Programme is designed to equip early-stage startups with expert guidance from global professionals, including financial analysts, consultants, and legal advisors. Startups accepted into the programme will receive customized support across several business areas, from refining their business models to measuring impact and preparing for scale.

  • Duration: Each advisory engagement spans 3 to 4 months, and startups can expect to complete the full programme within 6 to 8 months.
  • Support Areas: Business strategy, financial advisory, legal guidance, impact measurement, and investor readiness.

Who Can Apply?

To be eligible for the BfE Incubation Programme, your social enterprise must meet the following criteria:

  • Stage: Early-stage, preferably at the pre-seed or seed stage
  • Location: Legally registered in Africa, Asia, Latin America, or the Middle East
  • Revenue: Must have some existing revenue
  • Impact: Ability to generate long-term, positive social or environmental impact

  • Clear and scalable business strategy
  • Defined revenue streams and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Deep understanding of target customers

2. Social Impact

  • Alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
  • Demonstrated integration of impact into core operations
  • Ability to track and measure impact outcomes

3. Product or Service Readiness

  • A functional minimum viable product (MVP)
  • Evidence of market fit and growing customer demand

4. Team Capacity

  • A committed, full-time founding team
  • Relevant skills and experience
  • At least two team members actively leading the startup

5. Advisory Needs

  • A defined problem statement or challenge
  • Evidence of attempts to address the issue internally
