Apply for the Women@Dior & UNESCO Program 2026(Fully Funded to Paris)

Admin, December 7, 2025December 7, 2025

Application Deadline: December 31, 2025

The prestigious Women@Dior & UNESCO Program 2026 is now accepting applications. This fully funded international mentorship initiative empowers young women worldwide to unlock their leadership potential, build meaningful careers, and drive positive change.

Launched in 2017, the program reflects the enduring values of Maison Dior—creativity, excellence, and empowerment. In collaboration with UNESCO, it has already supported more than 2,000 women from over 60 countries, representing nearly 90 nationalities across diverse disciplines such as business, engineering, fashion, hospitality, the arts, and international relations.

Today, the Women@Dior & UNESCO initiative stands as one of the most influential global platforms for mentoring women and promoting gender equality in leadership.

A Global Platform for Mentorship and Empowerment

Selected participants are matched with experienced Dior mentors who guide them through key stages of personal and professional development. Each pairing is carefully curated to align shared goals, ensuring every mentee receives tailored, meaningful mentorship that inspires confidence and direction.

Throughout the year, participants gain access to exclusive online learning modules and interactive sessions led by global experts, scholars, and industry leaders. These sessions explore essential themes such as:

  • Women’s leadership and equality
  • Sustainable development and inclusion
  • Creativity and autonomy
  • Personal growth and self-awareness

This unique blend of learning and mentorship equips young women with the tools to lead purposefully and shape a more equitable future.

The “Dream for Change” Project

At the heart of the Women@Dior & UNESCO Program is the transformative “Dream for Change” initiative. Participants collaborate in international teams to design projects that empower women and girls within their communities.

These projects are more than academic exercises—they tackle real-world challenges, promote gender equity, and create lasting social impact. Mentees learn how to apply their knowledge to solve pressing issues while strengthening their leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.

The initiative culminates in the annual global conference at UNESCO headquarters in Paris, where selected teams present their projects to an international panel of experts and leaders. This prestigious event highlights the creativity and commitment of young women who are redefining what it means to lead with purpose.

An Immersive Learning Experience

Participants of the Women@Dior & UNESCO Program benefit from a wide range of educational resources, including:

  • 25+ specialized courses designed by academics and thought leaders
  • Interviews and masterclasses featuring top executives from LVMH, Dior, UNESCO, and other global institutions
  • Access to a global online learning platform rich with exclusive insights, resources, and tools for personal development

The program fosters a learning environment that celebrates creativity and self-expression while promoting inclusion and sustainability.

Building a Global Sisterhood

Beyond mentorship and training, Women@Dior fosters a vibrant international community of changemakers. Mentees connect through virtual and in-person events, forming bonds that often last well beyond the program.

This sense of global sisterhood is one of the program’s defining strengths—uniting women from diverse cultural and academic backgrounds under a shared commitment to empowerment, equality, and leadership.

As the program concludes in Paris, participants come together to celebrate their achievements, exchange ideas, and showcase their “Dream for Change” projects. The final conference is not only a celebration of progress but also a symbol of what can be achieved when women lift one another.

Program Benefits

  • Fully funded participation, including global networking opportunities
  • One-on-one mentorship from Dior professionals
  • Access to exclusive online courses and learning materials
  • Opportunity to collaborate on international “Dream for Change” projects

Eligibility

The Women@Dior & UNESCO Program 2026 is open to young women from all countries and academic backgrounds who aspire to leadership, creativity, and impact.
