Admin, November 11, 2025November 11, 2025

Application Deadline: December 1, 2025

Applications are now open for the Emboldly Fellowship 2025, a four-month immersive program created to empower early-career women and nonbinary professionals as they transition into the workforce. This fellowship provides a unique platform for participants to gain practical workplace skills, access mentorship from industry leaders, and join a vibrant global network of professionals committed to advancing gender inclusion and leadership in the workplace.

The Emboldly Fellowship is more than a professional training program—it’s a movement dedicated to building confidence, inspiring leadership, and helping participants chart sustainable career paths in today’s competitive job market.

About the Fellowship

The Emboldly Fellowship blends virtual and in-person learning experiences to deliver a truly engaging and flexible learning journey. Over the course of four months, fellows participate in bi-weekly, two-hour sessions that combine expert-led workshops, mentorship sessions, and peer networking opportunities.

Each session is facilitated by seasoned professionals from diverse fields including finance, consulting, technology, and media, ensuring fellows receive well-rounded exposure to essential workplace practices. Participants attend free of charge, gaining access to valuable resources, career-building strategies, and personalized guidance to enhance their professional growth.

Why the Emboldly Fellowship Matters

Despite the growing number of women and nonbinary individuals entering the workforce, many continue to face barriers to mentorship, leadership training, and professional visibility. The Emboldly Fellowship was launched to bridge this gap by creating a safe and inclusive environment for early-career professionals to learn, connect, and thrive.

Through structured learning and mentorship, fellows are guided to strengthen their voice, build confidence, and gain the tools necessary to navigate complex workplace challenges. The program helps participants not only grow their skills but also develop a strong sense of belonging and leadership identity.

Core Pillars of the Fellowship

The Emboldly Fellowship is structured around three foundational pillars—Learn, Grow, and Connect.

Learn

Participants engage in interactive workshops designed to build essential professional and personal skills. Key topics include self-advocacy, confidence building, effective communication, leadership development, and work-life balance. These sessions are led by accomplished professionals with real-world insights and experience.

Grow

Fellows receive personalized mentorship and take part in reflective activities that help them identify strengths, refine goals, and build resilience. This growth-oriented approach prepares participants for long-term career success while encouraging a mindset of continuous learning.

Connect

One of the most valuable aspects of the program is the community it fosters. Fellows connect with peers from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds, forming meaningful relationships that extend beyond the fellowship. This network becomes a lifelong support system that champions collaboration, accountability, and empowerment.
