Admin, August 21, 2025August 21, 2025

Application Deadline: August 31, 2025

Applications are now open for the TVC Labs MentorPitch 10 Program 2025 — a transformative mentorship opportunity designed to accelerate the growth of early-stage startups in Nigeria and beyond. If you are a founder eager to scale, refine your business model, and access high-level networks, this is your chance to join an ecosystem that champions innovation and sustainable impact.

Why MentorPitch Matters for Startups

Building a startup is tough. From structuring your business model to securing funding and breaking into competitive markets, founders often face hurdles that can stall growth. MentorPitch bridges this gap by pairing promising entrepreneurs with experienced industry leaders who provide practical guidance, real-time feedback, and tailored mentorship.

Through the POEM Framework® developed by Tomi Davies (TD), the program equips founders with the structure and strategy to strengthen their ventures across five critical pillars:

  1. Vision – Defining core values, mission, and long-term goals.
  2. Proposition – Crafting a compelling product or service offering for the right market.
  3. Organization – Building effective teams, processes, and technologies.
  4. Economics – Managing capital to drive revenue and sustainable impact.
  5. Milestones – Measuring achievements and progress from MVP to Series A.

This proven framework ensures that every founder develops clarity, resilience, and readiness to scale.

Who Can Apply?

The TVC Labs MentorPitch 10 Program is looking for ambitious founders with tech-enabled solutions in high-growth sectors. Eligible startups should meet the following criteria:

  • Operate in areas such as EduTech, AgriTech, Renewables, Digital Trade, Clean Tech, Smart Cities, SaaS, or Logistics leveraging AI, VR, AR, or IoT.
  • Have a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) with existing customers and 6–24 months of revenue history.
  • Be legally registered and active in at least one Nigerian state.
  • Have a coachable team, including at least one female founder, with 12+ months of operational investment.
  • Target a large or fast-growing market.
  • Have raised at least ₦1M from Founder, Family, Friends & Fans (FFFF) and plan to raise ₦25M–₦400M in equity or other forms by year-end.

If this sounds like your startup, then MentorPitch is built for you.

Program Benefits

Startups selected for MentorPitch gain access to a wealth of resources, networks, and expertise. Key benefits include:

  • Expert Mentorship – 12 interactive virtual plenary sessions with seasoned mentors across industries.
  • Tailored Business Guidance – Insights on markets, customers, product development, talent, funding, and investment readiness.
