Eligibility Criteria Enterprises seeking to benefit from this opportunity must meet the following requirements: Be based and/or actively operating in Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia, or the MENA region. Have been operational for at least three years with a clear business track record. Be in the process of raising investment(s) or demonstrate concrete prospects of doing so, with minimum thresholds of: EUR 500,000 for drinking water and menstrual hygiene enterprises. EUR 250,000 for sanitation-focused enterprises. Have a solid business and revenue model, irrespective of legal form. Demonstrate near-term financial sustainability, with clear break-even and profitability projections. Focus directly on water, sanitation, and/or hygiene (WASH), prioritizing impact on low-income communities, gender inclusion, and climate resilience. Have an impact measurement and management system already in place.
