What is the VV Visionaries Fellowship?

The VV Visionaries Fellowship 2025 is a transformative program designed to help women leaders advance their personal and professional journeys. In collaboration with the Estée Lauder Emerging Leaders Fund, the fellowship supports women from diverse sectors who are creating social change and shaping the future in their communities and beyond. The program aims to provide these women with the skills, insights, and network necessary to amplify their leadership impact and drive meaningful change.

Eligibility Criteria

The VV Visionaries Fellowship is open to women who meet the following criteria:

Age & Gender: Applicants must be at least 18 years old and identify as a woman.
Leadership Role: You should have an established social impact organization, business, or initiative, or be a key decision-maker within one.
Vision for Change: Your organization, business, or initiative must have a clear social purpose, and you should demonstrate a commitment to creating positive change.
Proficiency in English: The program is conducted in English, so applicants must be proficient in the language.

What’s Involved in the Fellowship?

The VV Visionaries program requires a commitment to ensure participants get the most out of the experience:

Weekly Sessions: The program consists of 7 weeks of 2-4 hours per week of live virtual sessions, along with weekly assignments. Sessions are usually held in the morning (Eastern Time) on weekdays.
Active Participation: You will need to engage fully in the sessions, complete assignments, and submit regular progress updates to Vital Voices.
Absence Policy: Participants are allowed no more than two absences throughout the program to remain in good standing.
Post-Program Engagement: Even after the program concludes, fellows will need to stay engaged with Vital Voices by completing follow-up surveys, sharing success stories, and exploring further opportunities for visibility.

Technical Requirements

Since the program is virtual, participants will need:

A computer with a camera or a smartphone.
A stable internet connection to ensure smooth participation.

Program Dates for 2025

The program will run across three cohorts in 2025:

Cohort 9: May 29 – July 3, 2025
Cohort 10: July 24 – September 4, 2025
Cohort 11: October 9 – November 20, 2025

How to Apply

The application process is simple and takes about 30 minutes to complete. However, remember to submit your application by March 11, 2025, at 11 am ET. The application must be written in English.

To ensure you don’t lose any of your progress, it’s recommended that you save your responses as you go. After starting your application, click the “Save and Continue Later” button, and you’ll receive a personal link to return to your application at any time.

Please note that the invitation to participate is non-transferable—only the selected applicant is eligible for the program.

What Happens After You Apply?

After submitting your application, finalists will be notified 3-4 weeks before the start of each cohort. So make sure to keep an eye on the application dates!
