CWEENS: (Christian Women For Excellence And Empowerment in Nigeria Society) is a Non-Governmental Organization that focuses on empowering women, protecting the rights of girls and children.

JOB BRIEF:

The shelter parent, will serve as as a house parent or residential caregiver, he/she will play a crucial role in providing care and support to children, teens, or vulnerable adults living in the shelter. CWEENS is calling for qualified candidate to fill the role of Shelter Parent to support women and children in need.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Minimum of a diploma in social work, counseling or related fields.
-Experience working with vulnerable group is an added advantage.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to handle sensitive information with empathy and confidentiality.
