Now, NRC seeks an experienced and passionate Logistics Coordinator to join its Abuja team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will: Implement logistics policies and ensure compliance with NRC guidelines and donor requirements. Manage procurement planning, warehouse operations, fleet, assets, and logistics documentation. Conduct market assessments and supplier evaluations to enhance procurement efficiency. Provide training and capacity building for logistics staff. Maintain transparency, anti-corruption measures, and cost efficiency in logistics operations. Oversee high-value procurement and contract management to ensure seamless operations. Collaborate with other departments to ensure logistics needs align with NRC’s program objectives. What Makes a Strong Candidate? At least five years of experience in supply chain management at a senior level. A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CIPS Level 4, APICS CSCP, CLTD, CTS, or CPIM. Strong knowledge of humanitarian supply chain operations and public procurement regulations. Proven experience in team management, training, and capacity-building. Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. High computer literacy and fluency in English (written and spoken).
