Drug-free and Preventive Healthcare Organization(DAPHO) is a Non Governmental Organization that mobilizes a community of people who use, are affected, and/or are vulnerable to drug use to access non-discriminatory health and social services as a component of their Human rights.

The core focus of the organization is improved healthcare through health interventions in the area of Substance Abuse, Sexual Reproductive Health, and preventive healthcare using the human rights approach to its interventions. The Organization was formed in 2013 as Council for Non-Violence Initiative and formally registered in June 2015 as Drug Free and Preventive Healthcare Organization (DAPHO).

ABOUT THE PROJECT

DAPHO is implementing a Community-Led Monitoring (CLM) under the Global Fund’s National TB & HIV Reach and Impact Project (NTHRIP) in Akwa Ibom State.

Primary Goal: Improve service delivery and health outcomes for HIV, TB, and malaria services through data-driven approaches, focusing on accessibility, affordability, and quality for general and vulnerable populations.
