Selection Process

Candidates must submit their applications in a single PDF file (named in the format: Last Name – First Name) via email to the German embassy in their respective country. The PDF file should not exceed 10 MB. If necessary, applicants may send multiple emails, but ZIP files are not accepted.

  • Proof of German language proficiency (not older than two years)
  • A signed motivational letter in German (maximum of two pages)
  • A copy of a passport or ID as proof of nationality
  • A certified copy of the university degree certificate (in English or German)
