Scheduled to take place in the United States from October to November 2026, the program is designed for outstanding leaders aged 32–45 who are already creating measurable success through innovative business ventures.

This world-renowned fellowship connects international entrepreneurs with American counterparts, fostering global collaboration, cross-cultural exchange, and leadership development in the heart of Austin, Texas—a major hub for entrepreneurship and innovation.

About the Eisenhower Fellowships Innovative Entrepreneurs Program

The Fall 2026 cohort stands out for its unique integration of international and U.S. Fellows, promoting shared learning and cooperation at the highest professional level. Participants will engage in a dynamic six-week journey combining immersive workshops, networking events, and customized professional meetings across the United States.

The program begins with a residential convening in Austin, Texas, where Fellows will join small working groups, attend leadership development sessions, and collaborate with thought leaders and innovators from multiple sectors. After this phase, participants will embark on customized travel itineraries, visiting top institutions, organizations, and industry experts to strengthen their ventures and leadership goals.

  • Direct exposure to cutting-edge business environments and leading U.S. institutions.
