Begin the journey as TPM Program Coordinator!

Location: Global, remote

Application deadline: February 1, 2025

This a four-year project, seeking a TPM Program Coordinator. The ideal candidate should have an academic background in Social Sciences, such as Sociology, Economics, Statistics, or related disciplines.

Required Experience for TPM Program Coordinator

  • Oversee comprehensive planning of all key monitoring, verification, and reporting activities, including the design of data collection processes, fieldwork execution, and reporting.
  • Maintain a master work plan, manage workflow processes, and address challenges to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Supervise and monitor the work delivery of Project Managers.
  • Support the development of policies and strategies for implementation.
  • Ensure TPM processes are executed in alignment with established protocols, guidelines, and UN and i-APS standards.
  • Conduct timely and thorough reviews and finalize all TPM reports and deliverables for submission.
  • Present key findings and analyses to clients.
  • Collaborate with partners and clients to obtain internal input and external approvals for revised TPM tools and protocols.

Desirable Experience

  • 5–8 years of experience in monitoring and evaluating humanitarian projects.
  • Proven experience managing teams in M&E activities.
  • Field experience in M&E and/or humanitarian projects.
  • Strong understanding of M&E and research methodologies, as well as organizational learning.
  • Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative data analysis, including designing and applying relevant research tools.
  • Experience developing project monitoring and management systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Proven ability to manage complex and dynamic workloads while meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Creative thinker with capacity-building skills.
  • Proficiency in statistical software such as SPSS, Stata, or similar programs.
  • Familiarity with humanitarian approaches in conflict or post-conflict settings.
