The Pharma Incubation Hub (PIH) has officially opened applications for its Cohort 7 program, inviting pharmacy students across Africa to take part in a transformative five-month journey. This virtual fellowship is designed to empower the next generation of pharmacists with leadership skills, research capacity, and mentorship opportunities that will prepare them for both local and global impact.

Building Future-Ready Pharmacists

The PIH fellowship is a unique initiative dedicated to advancing pharmacy education and professional growth through a structured learning and mentorship model. The program focuses on peer-to-peer learning, peer-to-professional mentorship, and accountability systems that help students excel academically, professionally, and personally.

By providing an accessible and inclusive digital platform, PIH fosters collaboration among pharmacy students, encourages continuous self-development, and nurtures the values of excellence and leadership. Eligibility Requirements

The PIH Cohort 7 fellowship is open to pharmacy students in Africa, from their second year to final year of study. Final-year students must have at least five months left in their academic program to ensure full participation. Applicants are expected to have access to an internet-enabled device with a stable data subscription, as the entire fellowship will be conducted virtually.

Selected participants must be committed, motivated, and willing to dedicate consistent time to program activities. Active engagement is a key expectation, as the program thrives on collaboration, teamwork, and mutual accountability.
