UNICEF is opening applications for the Leading Minds Fellowship on Climate Education, a transformative 18-month virtual program (running from February 2026 to July 2027) designed to empower emerging leaders like you. Up to 12 fellows will be selected to form a diverse international cohort, working together to reimagine and strengthen climate education worldwide. What You’ll Do as a Fellow Highlight and scale your own “Bright Spot” – a successful climate education project or initiative you’re leading. Participate in youth-driven research, foresight analysis, and systems thinking. Influence policy by joining national and global discussions. Create impactful stories, resources, and evidence to enhance education systems. Collaborate on designing and hosting key events and convenings. This part-time commitment (just 4–5 hours per week) fits around your studies or other responsibilities, making it accessible for motivated young people everywhere.
