Admin, May 1, 2025May 1, 2025

Refugees International is now accepting applications for its 2025 Refugee Advocacy Fellowship, a year-long initiative launching in August 2025. This program is designed to empower displaced leaders who are already driving change in their communities by amplifying their advocacy efforts. Tailored to enhance both personal growth and global impact, the fellowship provides fellows with resources, mentorship, and platforms to elevate their voices and influence policies affecting displaced populations.

Program Affiliation & Collaboration
Fellows will join Refugees International as affiliated advocates, working closely with the organization’s team on initiatives such as research reports, opinion articles, policy discussions, and media engagements. Collaborative projects may include advocacy campaigns, participation in international forums, or direct engagement with policymakers to address systemic challenges faced by displaced communities.

Learning & Support
Participants will benefit from:

  • Peer Learning: Exchange ideas with fellow advocates worldwide.
  • Structured Training: Workshops on advocacy strategies, public communication, and leadership development led by experts.
  • Mental Health Resources: Optional access to tailored mental health support, recognizing the unique pressures faced by displaced professionals.
