About the World Water Council (WWC) Youth Delegate Program

The World Water Council, a leading international organization dedicated to advancing water security globally, established the Youth Delegate Program to strengthen youth participation in policy and decision-making. Program Activities and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the WWC Young Mission to develop and execute youth-led campaigns and advocacy initiatives.

  • Promote the importance of water sustainability, innovation, and youth leadership in addressing global water challenges.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • Aged 18 to 35 years at the time of application.
  • Affiliated with a recognized organization, initiative, or network working on youth or water-related issues.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to sustainable water management, youth advocacy, or environmental leadership.
  • Possess excellent communication skills in English and familiarity with the objectives of the World Water Council.
  • Be willing to commit fully to the three-year term (2026–2028) and actively participate in program activities.
