Flourish Africa has officially opened applications for Cohort 4 of the Flourish Africa Business and Life Skill Programme 2025—a prestigious opportunity for female entrepreneurs in Nigeria to access business training and funding. With a whopping ₦1.3 billion available in total funding, this initiative continues to break barriers by empowering women with critical business and life skills, plus the chance to receive up to ₦3 million in grant funding.

This flagship initiative by Flourish Africa, founded by Nigerian businesswoman and philanthropist Folorunsho Alakija, is designed to nurture and scale businesses owned by women. The 2025 edition brings together intensive training, mentorship, and financial support, helping women entrepreneurs unlock their full potential and thrive in Nigeria’s competitive business environment.

What is the Flourish Africa Business and Life Skill Programme?

The Flourish Africa programme is a women-centered empowerment initiative that offers a unique blend of entrepreneurship training, personal development, and funding support. Participants selected for this prestigious programme will benefit from a comprehensive 4-month training covering business strategy, financial management, marketing, personal development, and leadership.

The goal is to build a network of strong, well-equipped women leaders and business owners who will drive economic change and impact their communities.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Flourish Africa Business and Life Skill Programme 2025, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Be female entrepreneurs aged between 18 and 50.
• Own or operate a business that has been running for at least 12 months.
• Business must be based in Lagos, Abuja, or Port Harcourt.
• Must be available and committed to attend the full duration of the training program.

Ineligibility

If you have previously participated in or benefited from a Flourish Africa grant or training, you are not eligible for this cohort.
