Position Overview This is a full-time, 10-week summer internship opportunity in our Dallas, Los Angeles, New York, and Washington, DC offices. A hybrid work model is in place, with a requirement to be in the office a minimum of three days per week. Interns will integrate into our project teams, gaining hands-on experience in the core analytical work that supports our mission. This role is central to our collaborative approach and our commitment to evidence-based strategies for community development. Responsibilities will vary by project and may include supporting teams in areas such as: · Conducting research on market trends and best practices· Analyzing economic and demographic data· Assisting with financial and spatial analysis· Evaluating public policy and its impacts· Contributing to the preparation of client reports, presentations, and proposals Qualifications Applicants should be current students expecting to graduate in 2027. This includes undergraduates between their junior and senior year and graduate students between their first and second year or in a continuing program. Those graduating in December 2026 are also eligible. Academic backgrounds in areas such as urban studies, public policy, economics, real estate, sustainable development, or related fields are preferred.
