Eligibility Criteria The ARIPO Young Professionals Programme is open exclusively to citizens of ARIPO member states, including:Botswana, Cape Verde, Eswatini, The Gambia, Ghana, Kenya, Lesotho, Liberia, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Rwanda, São Tomé and PrÃncipe, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. To qualify, applicants must: Hold a bachelor’s degree obtained within the last five years in disciplines such as business, law, telecommunications, project management, strategy, or business analytics. Be 28 years old or younger at the time of application. Demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills, effective communication abilities, independence, creativity, and digital literacy. Have excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
