About the Competition The Citizen Entrepreneurship Competition is more than a contest—it’s a global platform for empowering future leaders and social entrepreneurs. Competition Structure The CEC is structured in three key phases: 1. Submission Phase Participants begin by submitting a short pitch of their idea through the CEC dashboard. Make sure to classify your submission as an “Idea” (not a “Project”) to qualify. 2. Development & Voting Phase Participants who pass the first stage will: Complete two free online training courses:“Brains versus Capital” and “Sustainable Entrepreneurship” Develop their full Entrepreneurial Design Canvas (EDC) Submit their finalized EDC for public voting Ideas will be showcased online, and participants can share their entries to gather votes from their communities. 3. Jury Review & Awards The top 10 voted entries will proceed to the final round, where an expert jury will evaluate the submissions based on innovation, sustainability, and potential impact. Winners will be celebrated during an online award ceremony.
