Who Can Apply?

The programme is open to innovators and organizations that meet the following criteria:

  • Legal Registration – Must be registered in one of the ITU Member States.
  • Compliance – Must not be involved in prohibited practices or major ongoing litigation.
  • Financial Stability – Proof of solvency is required.
  • Stage of Development – Your solution must be at least at Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 4 (proof of concept or prototype).
  • Open-Source Commitment – Products must be open-source or commit to an open-source model during the programme.
