The AIG Fellowship Programme is tailored for senior public officials who meet the following eligibility requirements: Leadership Position Applicants must currently occupy top-level positions in public service, such as Director Generals or Chief Executive Officers of government agencies or parastatals. Service Tenure Candidates must have at least six years remaining before the official retirement age to ensure they can continue implementing change after the fellowship. Proven Leadership and Impact Applicants must present a strong record of measurable impact in public service delivery over the past five years. They should also provide verifiable examples of reforms or innovations introduced under their leadership that resulted in improved institutional performance or outcomes.
