Programme Structure: A Hybrid Learning Experience Running from May to November 2025, the SI Global Executive Programme blends online sessions with a one-week onsite module in Sweden. The curriculum is tailored to accommodate the busy schedules of top executives while providing practical solutions that can be immediately applied in their organizations. Key Components of the Programme: Foundation (May – June): Participants join online sessions to explore the latest sustainability trends and leadership strategies while beginning to formulate their strategic business projects. Strategic Business Project (June – October): Each participant identifies a real-world challenge within their company and develops a tangible, impactful solution under expert guidance. Masterclasses (August – October): Exclusive high-quality masterclasses tailored to participants’ specific industry needs and interests. Sweden Week (October 13–17, 2025): An immersive onsite experience featuring field visits, workshops, and networking with Swedish business leaders and sustainability pioneers. Way Forward (November): Participants implement their strategic business projects, share early successes, and become part of an exclusive global alumni network. To be eligible for the SI Global Executive Programme, applicants must: Be a citizen and resident of one of the 24 eligible countries, including Nigeria, India, South Africa, Thailand, Vietnam, Brazil, and more. Hold a leadership position (CEO or senior executive) in a medium-to-large company with a mandate to drive strategic change. Be at least 30 years old. Have a good command of English (both written and spoken). Possess a bachelor’s degree or higher. Be committed to actively engaging, sharing knowledge, and implementing sustainability strategies within their organization. Have identified a business challenge that can be addressed through the programme. Company Eligibility Requirements: Must be locally owned and based in one of the programme countries. Should operate in industries related to the green transition, such as renewable energy, sustainable transportation, manufacturing, or responsible mining. Must demonstrate a commitment to sustainable business practices. Cost & Financial Support Participation in the SI Global Executive Programme is free of charge. However, participants (or their companies) are responsible for travel expenses to and from Sweden for the onsite visit. A stipend is available for those who need financial assistance with travel costs.
