Aligned with this vision, ACLI empowers African leaders to drive adaptation policy and action. ObjectiveCultivate a network of African experts to shape regional/global climate strategies, ensuring African priorities guide international frameworks. Program Tracks Emerging Leader (5–9 yrs experience): Support policy briefs, technical advisory work. Stipend: $10,000/year. Senior Leader (10–14 yrs experience): Lead advisory projects, mentor juniors, design AAAP 2.0 initiatives. Stipend: $15,000/year. Distinguished Leader (15+ yrs experience): Global thought leadership, co-design flagship programs. Stipend: $20,000/year (active engagement). Eligibility African nationals.
