About the Programme

The Young Talents Programme (YTP), hosted by Lagos Business School (LBS) at Pan-Atlantic University, is a two-day, all-expense-paid leadership and business immersion experience. Designed to inspire and guide the next generation of African leaders, the programme offers participants valuable exposure to the world of business education, mentorship opportunities, and direct interaction with faculty, alumni, and LBS partners.

Since its inception, the YTP has empowered many young Nigerians to develop their leadership potential and take decisive steps toward impactful careers. The 2025 edition marks the 10th anniversary of this transformative initiative.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Young Talents Programme 2025, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Be a Nigerian citizen under 30 years of age at the time of application
  • Hold a First Class or Second Class Upper degree (or international equivalent)
  • (Optional) Be enrolled in or have completed a Master’s degree

Ineligibility

Applicants who have previously participated in any edition of the Young Talents Programme are not eligible to apply again.
