Eligibility Requirements

Energia invites applications from motivated Nigerian graduates who meet the following criteria:

• Hold a degree in Civil, Electrical, Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical, Process, Computer, or Metallurgical & Materials Engineering, Geoscience, Business, or Finance.
• Possess a minimum of Second-Class Upper (2:1) or Second-Class Lower (2:2) with a Master’s degree (Distinction).
• Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) between 2023 and 2025.
• Exhibit strong leadership, teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be self-motivated, energetic, and passionate about driving innovation in the energy sector.
