Applications Are Open for the Global Leadership Challenge 2025 Admin, September 30, 2025September 30, 2025 Application Deadline: November 2, 2025 Applications are open for the Global Leadership Challenge (GLC) 2025, a transformative program hosted by the University of Oxford’s Character Project and the St. Gallen Symposium. From 11–15 December 2025, the GLC will convene 100 exceptional young leaders from around the world for an immersive leadership journey designed to build skills, foster collaboration, and shape solutions for pressing global challenges. The program welcomes postgraduate students and young professionals who are committed to becoming the responsible leaders our world urgently needs. Selected participants will join a diverse international network, engage with experts, and develop impactful action projects that address today’s most complex issues. Why Join the Global Leadership Challenge 2025? The GLC is more than a leadership program—it is a platform that empowers young people to lead with integrity, purpose, and responsibility. Recognition and Opportunities All active participants will receive an official Certificate of Achievement, which recognizes both their contribution and their commitment to advancing responsible leadership. Outstanding teams will also win a fully sponsored opportunity to attend the 55th St. Gallen Symposium in Switzerland, where they will take part in high-level cross-generational dialogue with global leaders and innovators. In addition, participants can apply for exclusive mentorship after the program to further strengthen their leadership development and reflect on their personal purpose. Eligibility Criteria The Global Leadership Challenge 2025 is open to: Postgraduate students (Master’s or PhD) and young professionals aged 21–30. Applicants who have completed their undergraduate degree. Individuals who have demonstrated commitment to responsible leadership through extracurricular engagement or professional experience. Participants available for around five half-day sessions from 11–15 December 2025. Active participation is required to receive the Certificate of Achievement. The program will be held virtually, making it accessible to participants worldwide.
