Now hiring: Data Collectors for GESI Performance Leaderboard Project (36 States) Admin, July 18, 2025July 18, 2025 Women Environmental Programme (WEP), in collaboration with Christian Aid, ActionAid, Hope Alive for Possibilities Initiative, and Gender Advocacy Movement for the Environment (GAME), is excited to launch the GESI Performance Leaderboard โ a groundbreaking initiative set to roll out in 2025! The GESI (Gender Equality and Social Inclusion) Performance Leaderboard will assess and rank how sub-national governments across Nigeria are promoting gender-responsive and inclusive governance. The goal? To highlight and encourage policies and practices that leave no one behind โ especially women, girls, and marginalized groups. Why This Matters: Governments that prioritize gender equality and social inclusion are more likely to manage resources fairly and effectively. This initiative will shine a spotlight on those efforts โ and help drive positive change across all 36 states. We’re Looking for You! To bring this project to life, we are seeking experienced individuals or organizations across all 36 states of Nigeria to support data collection efforts. If you have a background in collecting data on GESI-related issues โ whether through research, advocacy, monitoring & evaluation, or community work โ weโd love to have you on board. What You’ll Do: Collect key data on gender equality and social inclusion policies and practices in your state. Work with a passionate team committed to advancing equity and inclusion in governance.
