About the GLOW Global Cohort

Organized by Women Empowering Nations (WEN), this three-month virtual leadership development program is designed for young women aged 17-23. The program provides essential tools, mentorship, and global exposure to empower future social impact leaders and executives.

The curriculum includes:

  • Culture & Identity in Leadership – Exploring how personal and cultural identity influence leadership effectiveness.
  • Public Speaking & Storytelling – Building confidence in communication and advocacy.
  • Personal & Professional Branding – Establishing a strong leadership presence.
  • Executive Leadership Insights – Learning from top industry leaders and professionals.
  • Social Justice & Advocacy – Understanding activism and its role in meaningful change.
  • Mental Well-being & Values-Based Leadership – Leading with resilience and purpose.

Impact of the GLOW Global Cohort

GLOW is a global movement, with each participant positively impacting 100 individuals in their community. Since its inception, GLOW members have influenced over 6,800 people worldwide through initiatives in:

  • Education & Literacy
  • Health & Mental Well-being
  • Food Security & Housing Stability
  • Environmental Sustainability
  • Participants receive executive coaching and mentorship from industry experts committed to empowering young women.
  • The Global Giveback Day

A highlight of the program is the Global Giveback Day, where participants lead community service projects in their local areas. This initiative enables young leaders to apply their skills in real-world settings, creating a ripple effect of positive change worldwide.

Eligibility Requirements

The program is open to young women from any country, with no regional restrictions. Applicants must:

  • Be aged 17-23
  • Demonstrate a passion for leadership, social impact, and community service
  • Commit to attending all sessions and actively participating
