Program Overview The YoLe Fellowship is a year-long initiative tailored for dynamic innovators aged 18–30 who have recently graduated from Ghanaian tertiary institutions. By blending training in leadership, sustainable development, peacebuilding, and human rights with mentorship opportunities, the program prepares fellows to address gaps in youth leadership while contributing to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Since its launch in 2018, the fellowship has empowered six cohorts of young leaders, fostering their growth as advocates for progress in their communities. Key Details Cohort Duration: October 1, 2025 – September 30, 2026 Application Deadline: April 18, 2025 Eligibility: Ghanaian nationals aged 18–30 at the time of application. Recent graduates (diploma, degree, or postgraduate qualifications) residing in Ghana during the fellowship. Proficiency in English and strong communication skills. Demonstrated passion for community impact, particularly through roles in youth-led organizations, NGOs, or civil society groups.
