Applications are now open to join Care About Climate (CAC) — a global youth-led network of climate advocates empowering young people to shape climate policy, champion sustainability, and inspire intergenerational leadership. CAC continues to strengthen its mission of building an informed, connected, and engaged community of youth leaders working together to secure a fair and sustainable future for all.

Empowering Youth to Lead the Climate Movement

Care About Climate believes that meaningful climate action begins with empowered young people. The organization equips emerging leaders with the skills, knowledge, and platforms they need to actively influence decisions that impact our shared planet. With growing recognition from United Nations agencies and international development partners, CAC is expanding its reach and inviting passionate individuals to join its 2026 volunteer cohort.

Every volunteer has the opportunity to progress to Fellow status after completing six months of dedicated service.

Available Roles and Commitment

Care About Climate currently has several volunteer leadership positions open for 2026. These roles come with monthly stipends and require a minimum commitment of ten hours per week. Compensation details will be shared during the interview process.

Additional volunteer and fellowship positions are also available, typically requiring five to six hours weekly. Volunteers who demonstrate dedication and impact are promoted to Fellow status, unlocking even greater access to training, mentorship, and networking opportunities.

This call is ideal for individuals passionate about climate justice, advocacy, operations, communications, and research — those ready to contribute their time, ideas, and skills to a movement that’s shaping global policy and grassroots action.
