Who Can Apply?

The Mobility Grants Programme is open to both African and European artists, cultural operators, and professionals who are:

At least 18 years old
Based in Sub-Saharan Africa or the European Union
Active in fields including visual arts, performing arts, literature, film, media arts, music, fashion design, cultural heritage, design, and architecture
Able to provide a clear project purpose and a confirmed invitation or partnership in the destination country

Both individuals and teams are eligible to apply, provided they meet all requirements.
