About the Global Public Health Leadership Fellowships The Global Health Corps Leadership Accelerators are flagship initiatives aimed at equipping non-clinical public health professionals with critical leadership, systems thinking, and equity-focused skills. The program combines virtual learning, personalized coaching, and immersive retreats to help fellows apply what they learn in real time within their current institutions. Each fellowship runs for nine months and features a blend of practical training, peer learning, and mentorship guided by experienced professionals and global health experts. There are two distinct tracks for the 2026–2027 cohort: Africa Leadership Accelerator (ALA) Location: Malawi, Rwanda, Uganda, ZambiaFormat: Fully Funded, Hybrid The Africa Leadership Accelerator empowers early- to mid-career, non-clinical public health professionals working full-time in eligible African countries.
