What the Fellowship Offers 1. Fully Funded Experience in London Fellows will be based full-time at Chatham House in London, with the option of hybrid work. The fellowship covers: Monthly stipend of £2,565 for living expenses (accommodation, utilities, food, and transport). Travel and relocation costs, including visa fees.Health surcharge coverage (excluding dental, optical, and prescriptions).Research expenses for fieldwork, outreach, events, and publications. 2. Leadership and Research Development This program is designed to enhance leadership skills and international policy knowledge through: Independent Research: Fellows work on a research project of their choice, aligned with Chatham House’s mission. Thematic Sessions: Experts from Chatham House and beyond discuss critical global challenges with fellows. Leadership Masterclasses: Workshops focus on key skills like crisis management, policy impact, and stakeholder engagement. Personal Development Coaching: One-on-one coaching sessions help fellows set and achieve leadership goals. Media Training: Fellows receive expert training in TV and radio interviews, with feedback to improve their communication skills.
