Program Highlights Month 1: Interactive Training Workshops During this month, you’ll dive into engaging workshops that cover vital topics such as leadership development, understanding rural ecosystems, design thinking strategies, and effective marketing techniques. These sessions will equip you with the knowledge needed to excel as a changemaker. Months 2 & 3: One-on-One Mentorship In these months, you’ll receive personalized mentorship from industry experts in fields such as rural development and entrepreneurship. You’ll participate in four mentorship sessions (30 minutes to an hour each) focused on refining your ideas and strategizing for project implementation. Additionally, upon completion of the fellowship program, there’s an exciting opportunity for selected fellows to become official fellowship ambassadors! Learn From Experts Throughout the program, guest speakers will share real-world case studies that highlight successful initiatives in rural development. This hands-on insight will inspire you while providing practical examples of how theory translates into impactful action. Time Commitment To ensure that all participants can manage their schedules effectively: In Month 1: Expect training sessions lasting about two hours once or twice weekly.
