About the Millennium Fellowship

The Millennium Fellowship is a semester-long leadership development program that brings together student leaders from universities across the globe. Selected Fellows receive training, mentorship, and networking opportunities to help them design and implement projects addressing critical challenges in their communities—ranging from climate action and gender equality to education, health, and poverty reduction.

Through a combination of virtual sessions and campus-based activities, Fellows gain the tools and connections to transform their ideas into measurable impact. Participants also join a global network of peers who share a common mission: building a more inclusive, just, and sustainable world.

Who Can Apply

The Fellowship is open to undergraduate students enrolled in accredited universities and higher education institutions worldwide. Applicants should demonstrate a strong commitment to social change, community development, and the advancement of the SDGs.

Candidates are encouraged to form campus cohorts of at least eight students working together to drive positive change locally while connecting globally through MCN’s network.
