Applications are now open for the Constellations Fellowship Programme – Spring 2026, a global, fully virtual fellowship that offers students and recent graduates the chance to gain hands-on experience with some of the world’s leading organizations in climate action, sustainability, and social impact.

This prestigious fellowship provides an opportunity for emerging changemakers to work on real-world environmental and development challenges while collaborating with mission-driven organizations across diverse sectors. Fellows will develop practical skills, expand their professional networks, and contribute to innovative global projects addressing critical sustainability issues.

About the Fellowship Programme

The Constellations Fellowship runs for 12–14 weeks, beginning Monday, February 2, 2026, and is conducted entirely online. Designed for flexibility, it is a part-time program that enables participants to balance their fellowship responsibilities with other academic or professional commitments.

Through this immersive experience, fellows engage in meaningful projects with partner organizations advancing global goals in climate action, education, renewable energy, environmental justice, and sustainable development.

Participants can apply for one or more fellowship tracks aligned with their skills and interests. Each track offers distinct learning opportunities and real-world impact.

  • Renewable Energy Business Development Fellow
  • Global Heat Reduction Research Fellow
  • AI & Lithium Battery Analytics Fellow
  • Solar Energy Systems & Product Strategy Fellow

2. Research, Data & AI

  • Data Analysis Fellow
  • AI Specialist Fellow
  • Emissions Factor Methodology Fellow
  • Albedo & Radiative Forcing Research Fellow

3. Communications, Marketing & Outreach

  • Content Marketing Fellow
  • Social Media Fellow
  • Brand & Digital Marketing Fellow

  • Content Creator (Writing) Fellow

4. Community, Policy & Justice

  • Youth Engagement Lead Fellow

Each position requires a separate application, including a customized résumé and cover letter tailored to the specific role.

Fellowship Benefits

Selected fellows receive a $1,000 USD stipend upon successful completion of the program. Beyond financial support, participants gain:

  • Candidates able to commit part-time hours throughout the 12–14 week duration.

The program encourages interdisciplinary collaboration and welcomes applicants from diverse academic backgrounds including environmental science, engineering, communications, social sciences, business, and data analytics.
