About the Programme

The SDG Innovation Accelerator is an initiative of the UN Global Compact, targeting young leaders aged 35 and under who work in participating companies across the world. The program connects professionals from different industries to co-create cutting-edge solutions that address pressing global challenges.

Through interactive workshops, expert mentoring, and international networking opportunities, participants gain practical experience in sustainability leadership and innovative business transformation. The programme’s structure ensures that every participant walks away with actionable insights to embed the SDGs into their organization’s culture and operations.

Programme Tracks

The 2026 cohort offers three tailored tracks, providing flexibility and inclusivity across regions and languages:

  • In-Country Track: Delivered locally in national languages and time zones through country-level Global Compact networks.
  • Africa Track: Dedicated to participants from Egypt and the Indian Ocean region, combining regional and on-demand global learning sessions.
  • Global Track: Conducted in English for participants from countries without a local Global Compact network.

Each track ensures access to world-class mentorship and a collaborative platform where young professionals can exchange ideas, refine strategies, and co-develop sustainable business innovations.
