This event is a fantastic opportunity for young people actively involved in youth participation structures within the Erasmus+ and European youth programmes. Who is this for? The meeting targets young people such as EuroPeers, members of Youth Advisory Boards, steering or working groups, and other youth-led or youth-involving structures who contribute to decision-making in National Agencies (NAs) or SALTO Resource Centres. It is open to: Young people actively involved in advisory or decision-making roles within NAs/SALTOs Representatives involved in implementing the Youth Participation Strategy Members of youth boards or representation bodies connected to NA/SALTO work Especially welcome: Participants facing exclusion or participation barriers (e.g., disabilities, health conditions, educational difficulties, discrimination, social/economic/geographic barriers). The organizers are committed to adapting conditions to enable inclusive participation. Expected: 40–50 participants from Erasmus+ Youth Programme countries (including EU countries, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Türkiye, North Macedonia, Serbia) and Partner Countries Neighbouring the EU (such as Albania, Algeria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Egypt, Georgia, Israel, Jordan, Kosovo, Lebanon, Libya, Moldova, Montenegro, Morocco, Palestine, Tunisia, Ukraine, etc.). Note for applicants from Nigeria: Nigeria is not listed among the eligible Partner Countries Neighbouring the EU for this specific event (as per the Erasmus+ programme rules for this call). Participation is typically limited to the specified countries/regions. You’ll exchange experiences/challenges/good practices, identify enablers of meaningful involvement, explore practical tips, and boost motivation to improve youth participation mechanisms in your own structures. How it works: Hands-on, interactive format with discussions, reflection, co-creation, brainstorming, and input from researchers/speakers. Plenty of space to share, develop ideas, address challenges, and plan future collaboration.
